UNSW Business School – AGSM Graduation

1 Nov 2017: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business leaders were recognised this week at the UNSW Emerging Indigenous Executive Leaders Program (EIELP) inaugural graduation, held at the Richmond Football Club’s Korin Gamadji Institute.

Each of the graduating cohort were nominated by their organisations. All participants belong to organisations who are recognized by Reconciliation Australia to have Elevate RAP status. Emerging leaders include Ellery Blackman, Assistant Manager (Private Enterprises), KPMG, who is also IAA Advisory Committee Co-Chair.

Run by the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), in collaboration with Reconciliation Australia, the program runs for approximately 12 days over nine months. Participants undertake five executive learning modules that focus on strategic thinking; leadership and identity; innovation; personal effectiveness and communicating with influence. The program aims to develop individuals to become the next generation of Indigenous Business leaders.
